- Every product is lot-tracked and undergoes internal purity testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request for select materials. We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the suitability of any compound for a specific research purpose.
3. Orders, Payment & Pricing
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed at the time of order. Orders are processed the next business day (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship domestically within the United States only. Shipping timelines and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Forward Labs is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
