1. Order Processing
- Processing Schedule: Orders are processed the next business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing begins the next business morning, and shipping timelines start once processing is complete.
- Modifications: To cancel or modify an order, you must contact our support team as soon as possible before processing begins. Once a shipment has been dispatched, changes are not possible.
2. Shipping Carriers & Timelines
We ship from the United States via USPS and FedEx. All packages are discreetly and securely packaged.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: 2–5 business days
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Overnight: 1 business day
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Complimentary Shipping: Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all research orders over $200.
- Expedited Options: Expedited shipping is available at standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
