1. General Policy
Due to the sensitive and analytical nature of our research compounds, all sales are generally final. To maintain the highest quality standards and chain of custody, we do not accept returns of any product that has left our facility for safety and quality assurance reasons.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will review a refund or replacement request in the following circumstances:
- Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damaged package and products to file a carrier claim and process a resolution.
- Wrong Item Received: If the item you receive does not match your order, notify us immediately with a photo of the received items and packing slip.
- Order Not Received: If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a reshipment or full refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Eligible Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Orders where the provided shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
- Issues arising from product storage or handling after delivery.
- Change-of-mind purchases or purchases made in error.
4. How to Request a Resolution

5. Resolution Process
Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label if a return is required for inspection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5-10] business days after approval. We reserve the right to deny excessive or abusive refund requests.
